File detailing the application for and upkeep of a historical marker dedicated to Dr. Ashbel Smith, and located at 1530 Evergreen Road in Baytown as of July 2018. The marker was originally placed in 1984, damaged and knocked down more than once, repaired in 1998, damaged again, and finally moved to its current location in 2010.
