This is an aerial view of Goose Creek and Pelly in 1948. This picture would have been taken at 2301 Decker (Spur 330) looking south-eastward. The main artery at the lower right is Texas Avenue with Market Street branching off. In the upper portion of this view you see Alexander Drive looping around the town with very little development east of Alexander Drive.
