Lee Junior College, Class of 1935; "First graduating class of Lee Junior College May 24 1935. The college actually started in Lee High School on September 12, 1934 with 150 students and graduated four students the following year. Shown from left to right are: Hudnal Spence, LaDel Payne (Mrs. Barney Hilliard), and Juanita Barrington. Fourth graduate Burtis Avey was not present when photo was made."
