  • Information
This picture shows the old fence posts that were on the South right-of-way line of the road that was petitioned by I.A. Wooster and others for a public road, to the Honorable Commissioners Court, Harris County, Texas. It also shows a portion of an apartment project known as Barkley Square being built in the center of the old road after Harris County through a condemnation suit in 1948, acquired right-of-way for the present road that is there now and called Park Street. This tract of land herein conveyed contained 1.90 acres of land, more or less, out of the Joseph Lehan five acre tract of land.
