Father Time and Miss Tri-Cities at the Historical school pageant, 1935; "W.T. Porter of the Baytown refinery played the role of Father Time and presented Miss Voyle Cowey as Miss Tri-Cities at the beginning of the first night's program. He also acted as reader over the loud speaker system through the entire pageant."
